Most cat grooming appointments take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. We work efficiently but gently, ensuring we don't rush the process if the cat needs breaks to remain calm.

For safety reasons and to keep the cat focused and calm, we ask that owners do not stay inside the van during the groom. Cats often become more agitated when their owners are present in a new environment.

For long-haired cats prone to matting, we recommend a professional groom every 6 to 8 weeks. Short-haired cats benefit from de-shedding treatments every 8 to 12 weeks to manage hairballs and shedding.
